From family deli roots in New York to a chef position on a Hawaiian cruise ship, Jim's journey spans diverse roles in the restaurant industry. His dedication led him to the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served for over 12 years, catering to diverse palates on land and at sea.
Drawn back to the culinary world, Jim earned honors in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of California, Orange County. Today, armed with a blend of experience and creativity, Chef Jim crafts exceptional dishes that tell the story of his passion for food and commitment to culinary excellence.
